Jute Home

I just discovered these gorgeous spaces
filled with great details from Jute Home based near San Fransisco, CA.
In this childs room the mix of textures is intriguing as well as the stripes painted in various sizes and colors.  Layering rugs is a great way to create interest and they have done that here with the zebra rug over the boucle rug.  I love the fact that if you took the toys away it could be used as a guest room or office.  Notice the black out shade.....Very practical for sleeping!
And what can I say about this kitchen?  Plenty!
It is down to earth but at the same time luxurious.  The earthy gray color of the cabinets is perfect - not too cold, not too warm.  The amazing chevron wood floor takes my breath away and the gallery wall and mis-matched chairs are so charming.

Having a dining table in the kitchen is so practical.  It really becomes a great prep area and the social hub of the house as everyone gravitates to the kitchen anyway.
Love the geometric backsplash tile and leather wrapped pulls....
as well as the built-in espresso machine!  These are luxurious details that keep the space from looking too rustic.

Another view of the gallery wall with open shelves for easy access to dishes.  Again....So practical!  And the long countertop is perfect for serving up a delicious meal or an array of appetizers buffet style.
All in all this kitchen is warm and inviting....a great place to share family time doing homework, preparing a meal, or sharing a glass of wine.  These are great ideas to implement in ANY kitchen.  Visit the JUTE HOME website for even more great ideas.
Until Next Time,
